Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that is used to create subconscious change in a patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or feelings. The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with hypnotherapy may result in greater treatment effectiveness. A meta-analysis of eight different researches has revealed a 70% greater improvement for patients undergoing an integrated treatment to those using CBT only. Modern hypnotherapy is widely accepted for the treatment of anxiety disorder, subclinical depression, certain habit disorders, to control irrational fears (phobias), as well as in the treatment of conditions such as insomnia and various types of addiction.
